Introduction Of DVWA:

Damn Vulnerable Web App (DVWA) is a PHP/MySQL web application that is damn vulnerable. Its main goals are to be an aid for security professionals to test their skills and tools in a legal environment, help web developers better understand the processes of securing web applications and aid teachers/students to teach/learn web application security in a class room environment.

1. Xampp (You Can Download From  Here  )

2. DVWA Zip (You can Download From here )

3. Browser

First of all Install Xampp,

Then open Its Contral Panel, And Start Apache server and Mysql As Screenshot Given Below

Now, unzip it to C:\xampp\htdocs\ DVWA File as screenshot given below

Now Open  config.inc.php File located under DVWA >> Config >> config.inc.php as screenshot given below
 Now open config.inc.php as noteped and  then mdify its configuration file as screenshot given below

here
$_DVWA = array();
$_DVWA[ 'db_server' ]   = '127.0.0.1' is for mysql database ip address
$_DVWA[ 'db_database' ] = 'dvwa' is for mysql database table name
$_DVWA[ 'db_user' ]     = 'root'; is for mysql user name

Hi Suraj, I am getting this error message "DVWA System error - config file not found. Copy config/config.inc.php.dist to config/config.inc.php and configure to your environment." I have changed the file name as specified and configured the environment. Still Getting that error message.
